Grand Reale Brut

Origin: Italy
Grape Varity: Selection of grapes from vocated areas.
: The first fermentation is in controlled temperature tanks at 17-18°c to elevate the delicate fragrance of this type of vine. The second fermentation is with Martinotti Method.
Olfactory Exam: Bouquet lightly fruit, fresh and intense
Taste Exam: Pleasant, fresh, with good persistence
Alcohol content: 11%vol.

SERVICE NOTES
Combination with food:
Ideal for aperitifs. In the mediterranean cuisine it is served with fish and used as an aperitif.
Service temperature:  8-10° C 
Conservation: The ideal conservation is in cellars with a temperature between 11-15° C, without thermal. Do not conserve with foodstuffs of intense or penetrating fragrances.
